Hemlocke,
I have spent the last days ensuring that my database was kept up-to-date on the status of the northern Independent Worlds, so we now have ample time to discuss its details.
To begin with, the main goal of this venture is to acquire as many Credits as possible and to establish a direct link between Malta, respectively the Rogues, represented by yourself, and the owners of the installations found in Kepler and Galileo. This will not only provide sums of cash for both in the future, but also allow your men to engage in trade, or other similar activities, with the owners of the bases.
I intend to first create a hub in which we may store, as well as freely access, all available funds. Afterwards, I shall reach out to each base individually, and formalize the deal we have talked of. There are currently 6 such installations of note, and I plan to ask for a base monthly fee of 100 million Credits, adjusted for the size and operations underway on every station in question.
I trust that this explains all. If you have any dilemmas, reach out. I will be waiting inside Belmont Yard for the following days, as radiation has considerably damaged my lightly-protected fighter.

The owners of the Aergia Research Station have not responded to our transmission, and it does not appear that the base is currently being operated by anyone either. Docking restrictions are also in place, so this raises further questions.
