As you can tell from this transmission, and perhaps the recent combat reports if you've had time to read them, we've bled today for the Crayter Republic. We offered our aid against the Outcasts, but we heard chatter of the Gallic Royals staging an attack on Tau-31. By the time our flagship made it into the system, most of the defense force was gone, we engaged the present capital ship and gave chase throughout the whole system. Unfortunately the fighter pilots that were around had failed to defeat the enemy bombers, and they managed to strike us repeatedly. We managed to retreat before the ship was completely destroyed, but we require assistance badly. Aid us.

We've barely made it, as you can tell from the attached footage the battle damage was very extensive, though I'm more worried about the dead rather than the ship itself. Once the repairs are finished, we will proceed to our usual staging locations, unless something significant happens in the meantime. I see that your government has changed it's stance on Tau-31 and Coronado, this is good, they are important transitory systems throughout Sirius and this increased mobility will allow us to surprise our common enemies. Regarding the registration of capital ships, I suppose we could if you consider Bustard carriers as fully fledged capital ships, though I am not sure if you want monetary transactions that could be traced between us. Regarding the rest of the treaty, it is acceptable, but I would also like to add to it that we are willing to engage the Gallic Royals, any alien incursion, including their human thralls, I am sure you are familiar with what I refer to by now.
