Question though,
Do they get any premium scrap (or anything else fun to mine) bonus on any of the Xeno ID's? When I was around 'back in the day' I think there was a scrap bonus, is that still a (viable) thing?
If not maybe I just go full Xeno blackmarket goods runner idk

No, as far as I know we don't have anything we can mine with the exception of Helium in Pennsylvania, but that's hardly exclusive.
You'd be better off running guns between Akabat and Ramsey/Ouray.

The mining tutorial claims that Xenos get a bonus to "Pristine Ice and Premium Scrap in civilian vessels", with the former being in Cortez and the latter being in Texas iirc, though as to where those should go I'm not sure.
