With our most Auspicious Greetings to the Esteemed members of the Sirian Governments and Militaries:

Hello, I am called Hrafnúlfr, and we are DrengrCo Security.

We are a recently formed Assets Protection & Base Security group affiliated with Interspace Commerce's Insurance services. We intend to provide Convoy Escort and Base Security services throughout Sirius, and as such, are taking this occasion to introduce ourselves and begin a dialog with your Governments regarding the provision of these services to clients within your Houses.

Since our recent Public Introduction likely escaped the gaze of persons engaged as you are in the minutiae of Governance, we wanted to contact you with a formal personal communique advising you of our intent and to hopefully create an interface with your Governments so that any questions or concerns that you may have can be answered as quickly and honestly as possible.

Given the prospect of frequent contact with your Militaries during the provision of such services in your home space, We thought it best to include their representatives in this missive to also resolve any reservations that they may have.

To be as explicit as possible regarding our intentions, let us just say that we at DrengrCo see the struggles that are compelled upon the Citizens of Sirius, their business concerns and indeed even the very peace of our society by the pervasive forces of chaos which assault us every day. We see commercial base operators being subjected to the whims of lawless thugs. We see the effect that they are having on the lawful forces which oppose them. We see the brave forces of the Police and house Navies working strenuously to contain the relentless violence of the unlawful entities that creep out from seemingly every dark crevice of Sirius. These lawful forces are often being stretched rather widely to extinguish the many blazes being set by these dumpster fire arsons of Anarchy. Commercial convoys are now routinely accosted by lawless capital ships, and House capitals are too often facing these same miscreants with insufficient support. We're not allowed capital ships and navies have too few support level ships too go around. Perhaps we can resolve this together?

To put it simply, we'd like to help. Our pilots, whose primary task will be as Escorts and Base Security are also dedicated to the protection of our noble society and it's citizens. As such, DrengrCo ships may be relied on to assist any civilian, corporate or lawful organization ships in distress, both within your houses and without, with diplomacy where possible and with fiercely focused violence when necessary.

With the permission of your governments, we would like to conduct the business of our services from the existing Interspace Commerce stations in the capitol systems, via the principals there with which you are already acquainted. As an Interspace Commerce affiliate, we are allegiant to them and will follow their lead in matters of compliance. Only snubcaft and gunboats would routinely dock these stations. Any larger ships (frigates, etc) would be stationed and dispatched centrally from our HQ in Liberty, unless given your permission to do otherwise.

We fervently hope that we can establish a dialogue with your governments at the earliest opportunity, so that we can have a meaningful and effective influence on these issues that plague us all.

Please merely keep in mind the restrictions imposed by paragraph IV-2, Imperial Stellar Codex, by which any sort of private policing is strictly forbidden. Should you pursue more operational freedom in your security service endeavors, please consult the Empire's open contract board.

We thank you for your gracious permission regarding our ships. We only wanted to ensure that the sudden appearance of Frigates in your House without prior approval would not cause alarm.

We would never presume to act on behalf of your police forces, but we rather simply state that we would always assist your Police and Naval Forces if requested. Please note, that our DrengrCo name refers to a code of conduct called "drengskapr" (as noted in our introductory release) which is very like what Kusarians would call 'bushido". Self discipline and Gentlemanly conduct will prevail, until such time as it becomes necessary to dispense with pleasantry and suppress those engaged in acts of evil and disorder. The protection of all Sirian citizens and their commercial enterprises is our aim. We may be relied on to act judiciously to the extent of reasonable forbearance and only act decisively when the situation demands.

We look forward to operations in Kusari, and pledge our assistance to your citizens in these troubling times.
