Houses of Malta...

I want to say hello. My name is Marko Lucius Johnson.
I am the present leader of Noreia, a small Zoner group originating from deep Omicrons. Our kin has suffered much in the times of the past and we decided to move on in search of a new home. Many of us started to enjoy this nomadic voyage, yet our hearts always yearned for a place of our own. For a foundation to build a better future devoid of the mistakes of our ancestors.

The opportunity arose when we were crossing the Tau region. We found the Ikarus Station, an installation formely owned by different Zoner organization. It was a sign, the long awaited safe haven for us to settle in. Our council was of a single mind. We've gathered all the remaining riches and decided to purchase the station.

Thus the deal was made. Hereby, I reach out to you as a new inhabitant of the Tau-23 system. I've been chosen to serve as the station's new administrator and I hope to lead my people to a brighter future from now on. We are a peaceful kin, we seek no conflict and wish to co-exist with your organization on a path to mutual benefits.

The station is currently under maintenance as we are yet to catch up with all the paperwork from the acquisition. We're working hard to return everything to their ordinary state. We look forward to the future of this little ecosystem. Til' the next time you hear from us...

Hey, we never met before, I'm Ivan, just a humble captain with a humble small team looking for everyone's goodwill in Malta.

Now... I'll have to be honest with you, whoever has put you in charge of this base in Tau-23 likely doesn't like you, and I assure you the Omicrons are far better and more quiet than Taus... You got a lot of Zoner haters as neighbors all around you, specially Bretonia and Kusari. Your people would have an easier time moving at Freeport-10, but for all I care, be my guest and try...

Other than that, consider this comm my welcome to town, we -and by "we" I mean, me and my team- don't particularly care much about Zoners, but if we do need something from your people or your base, rest assured, we'll get in touch with you through the net.

By the way, if you wanna do some business, come around Malta sometime, or Freeport-10, and I'll make you a few offers that will benefit us both.
