A Zoner of Libertonian origin, born on Planet Manhattan but moved to Omicron Theta at early age. A trader hy heart, long-time "Whale"-class captain on assignments throughout the Omicrons. Made his first little fortune by hauling Oxygen and Ice. Soon later became afiliated with the Zoners of Noreia, a loosely tied group of like-minded individuals used to station-bound lifestyle. A self-proclaimed leader during the times of need of the Great Pilgrimage who then earned his post through keeping the group coherent and determined to reach the Promised Land. Elected chief administrator of Ikarus upon purchasing the station from the Starlight Consortium in late 830 A.S.

On the installation itself...
Ikarus Station. An installation first designed, built and only up-to-recently run by much greater minds, it was then repurposed to satisfy needs of it's new inhabitants. A station babtised as the so-called Promised Land by the Noreia's Elder Council, it is prophesized to provide shelter and many growth opportunities to a nomadic kin which once only knew unrest and difficulties.
It is split between multiple section of different importance to the overall station's ecosystem and integrity with the most notable of them named A, B, C, D and E for simplicity. It's vast network of corridors leads rooms designed with storage and ordinary life activities in mind. It all is also accompanied by a handful of small hangar sections meant to accomodate the minor vessels of the nomadic fleet, while the trains and larger transport are forced to use external mooring points to unload their cargo bays. The leading theme is associated with modularity as sections can be separated from each other and operate independently should the situation demand.
The installation is unable to serve capital ships of class greater than a Gunboat vessel.

Sector D (Codename: Delta)
Multiple sections of auxiliary cargo storage.
Sector E (Codename: Evan)
The mind of the installation, a section devoted to research and study. Auxiliary databanks.

Ladies and gentlemen,
Philipp Rose speaking. As requested, I've made some trips to the Leeds system and paid Durham a visit. The space was clear and there's nothing out of the ordinary to report. I've stumbled upon one of the Bowex) boys right there in Leeds, we've had a short chat so their HQ should know by the time I'm posting it we're already done with moving a chunk of HPA. I'm attaching the detailed list below.
It is... 40,600 units in total. That would be all for now. I'll resume the flying tomorrow.
