Speaking, Sentinel Gestalt of the Technocracy of Auxo. I'm contacting you to follow up on a conversation Revenant and I had with one Dmitar of the Vuk flying under your banner. As a display of trust and good faith, I'm even showing you my own face—not standard practice for us.

As discussed in Omega-48, the Technocracy sees no reason that our respective peoples cannot work together for our mutual benefit, save perhaps any interference by the Revolutionary Army. It's self-evident that we have many enemies in common, with the first and foremost among them being the murderous Corsairs, and secondarily, the established powers of Bretonia and Liberty. What's more is that, from the conversation we had with Dmitar—forgive me, I'm not quite sure of his rank—our modi operandi seem to be quite similar. The Technocracy does not like to pick fights or make enemies, and we put forth every effort to clarify misunderstandings which inevitably always arise, but the abject lack of intelligence and discernment in some groups puts us into a proverbial corner.

With all that said, we'd like to know what we can do for the Coalition of Independent Sirius, as well as what the CIS is willing and able to do for us. This is, of course, just first contact, but we're open to at least discuss any proposals your bureaus might offer. Mutual intelligence exchanges regarding hostile or suspect groups is something we're especially interested in. Exchanges of tangible resources are likely more difficult for both our parties, but aren't necessarily infeasible. If these talks prove fruitful, the Directorate may be able to provide inroads for your agents with useful supportive groups.

I'm eager to hear back from you and see what progress can be made in bringing peace and security to one of the galaxy's most perennially troubled sectors. The Omegas are near and dear to me for a multitude of reasons, and the prospect of a group such as yours bringing a measure of sanity to the region is something that lights a flame in my heart.

Regarding intel sharing, our top priority is of course the Corsairs and their influence. To that end, let's first restate what is known.

The most notable development is that a large contingent of Insurgents from Liberty have made their way to Crete and now fly under their piratical banner. I'm unsure if you know much about them, but the Technocracy has a long history with the group. Insurgents are skilled fighters to the man, with almost all being ex-Liberty Navy veterans who took up arms against Manhattan's forces for one reason or another, and their former ties to the perfidious Order as well as the unpredictable Lane Hackers—as the Hellfire Legion, back before the days of Harmony's separatists—once made them one of the most technologically-advanced forces in the entirety of Sirius.

The Legion possessed the most advanced intel-collecting capabilities in Sirius, known as Spyglass technology. How they acquired it is unknown, but they guarded it zealously, and I doubt that any of the defectors to Crete had intact Spyglass hardware, or even software access to the relevant networks. Acquiring this technology has long been of interest to Auxo, and I'm certain your people would be interested in it as well. We may soon be in possession of an Insurgent cruiser of "Judicator"-class, which we intend to dissect thoroughly.

The Corsairs also have rocky relations with the Gaian eco-terrorist movement of Bretonia. The Gaians are of little threat, and it appears that the few currently-active cells hold no love for Crete, but it should be known that their organization seems unstable, and new cells may crop up which are more willing to work with the Corsairs in exchange for logistical support or other promises. As of now, the Technocracy considers the Gaians to be potential assets but likely highly unreliable.

In the past, the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army attempted to annex not only Gran Canaria but the entire system your forces and ours met in yesterday. This was before my time, and I can't provide further details, suffice to say it went rather poorly for them. The Revolutionary Army also supported Bretonia's attempts to colonize the system—for some unfathomable reason—and as such you should assume that the Zoner population of the Omegas is liable to be highly suspicious of your group, though some further-out populations such as the frontiersmen of Freeport 5 may be more inclined to adopt cooperative dispositions.

As a final note, it's possible that the remnants of Gallia's royalist forces have an interest in establishing footholds in the Omegas given the war-torn status of the Tau sector, but there's no hard evidence to suggest this as of yet—just my speculations.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please let me know if you have something for us, or if there's a more concrete way that the Technocracy can be of help. We may be able to spare some personnel to be redirected towards Canaria to help advise your scientists and technicians when it comes to getting your own R&D division off the ground, but that largely depends on what areas you consider of highest interest.
