it has come to my attention that several Guild pilots under my supervision here in Liberty have expressed an interest in acquiring, maintaining, and using Liberty Navy issue "Magma Hammer" plasma cannons in order to facilitate hunting bountied criminals both within Liberty borders and without. One particular Bounty Hunter, Adam Crichton, approached me and asked me to put in a formal request for purchase and delivery of several such weapons.
(Incidentally, I'm sorry about the formal language; Guild regulations. Royal pain, but what can I do?)
We here at the Guild understand that the Liberty Navy might be reluctant to relinquish a portion of its Magma Hammer stock to Bounty Hunters, particularly when the current war between LIberty in Rheinland is taken into consideration. However, I believe it's fair to say that the newly reformed Guild has established a solid and trustworthy reputation within Liberty, and that control of your plasma cannons would be properly kept if purchased; I highly doubt pilots such as Mr. Crichton would let your weaponry fall into the hands of pirates or Rheinlanders. The Guild operatives interested in the Naval cannons are all Libertonian citizens and would gladly pledge not to bring Magma Hammers into contact with Rheinwehr patrols.
If you'd agree to sell the Guild a small consignment of Magma Hammers, Admiral Hale, I and my fellow Libertonian Bounty Hunters would be much obliged; we'd be willing to pay either in credits or by exchanging a select amount of our Guild-issue Buckshot particle weaponry for the supplied plasma cannons. What say you?
