Transmit to: Broadband Transmission

Reminder that the carrying of Nomad Cargo is contraband except for licensed and specially equiped vessels. Nomads have shown the ability to take over the systems of ill-equiped vessels and have lead to battleships crashing into both Manhatten and Cambridge. CR and SCRA, some of your members have been warned and have taken immediate action to remove the cargo from their vessels once informed. Be aware though that in the future SCRA and CR vessels approaching Cambridge with Nomad Cargo will be assumed to be taken over and hostile (a single warning will be given followed immediately by shield disabling fire).
Inform your members regarding the transportation ban and proceed to purchase the licenses necessary.

End of Transmission

How much for a faction license?

Firebird, Thank you for the warning. I will make sure Black Squadron will not be entering with Nomad cargo. Though, does Alien Organisms count as Nomad cargo. Cambridge Research Station has requested more of them from Black Squadron. So I would like to make sure.

OOC: That is discussed in private and is usually dependent upon the factions size. PM me regarding how many members are in SCRA. Of course, only lawful factions can be licensed and obtain legit Nomad Containment Units (not in the mod and is fictional). Factions with neutral status that perform unlawful actions will find their license revoked.

The Faction License for Erisian Liberation Front will have to be taken under advisement due to the previous incident involving Cambridge and the faction's assistance of the Phantoms. (Ie. to be decided upon your actions in the near future).

For the Free State of Fernando Poo, the cost is $2 mil / individual licenses and the paper work is being drawn up. The NCUs will be transferred upon receipt of cash outside Cambridge Research Station.

Regards,
Nomad Transportation Licensing, Cambridge Research Institute

(PS - I'll also add the FSFP tag to the tag listing)

Apologies for the 3 posts in a row, but answering 3 different replies. Anyone complains, i'll merge them into the first post and have a mod delete the other two.

No alien organisms are not nomad cargo. (haha, anyone puts a tax on that will find half the server wanting to kill them ...HEY, no ideas :nono:)

SF Broadcast to Friendly Vessels - Dab - 12-12-2006

Thats okay, AW has faced those odds before. >.> <.<

"What?! I never said we were taxing alien organisms! Whatever gave you that idea?" *Nervous voice*

*A fine welcome for a girl! No one home at CRI.. No SF around to escort me down from 37!

I was fortunate to run into a nice young man from the CR. Orion thought he would teach me a shortcut, and we ended up finding out what a swiss cheese the Corsairs are making out of your back yards! With this riff raff running rampant, I can see why your planets get bombed.

At any rate, I certainly hope someone will unlock the door at Cambridge Research in the morning long enough to take this 6 Million off my hands. We're licensing 1st Flax as well, and several new containment units have been placed in our Safe Deposit area for client use. So that's Pops, Myself, and the Bank.

I hope there's at least decent shopping on Cambridge!
