Bug: Ship unable to undock from New London Atmosphere

Reproduction Steps:
- Unknown
Shipname DrengrCo.Farbauti was landed at NL Atmosphere when patch was launched,
All other intended effects seem to have occurred normally but undocking put me in the "in-between"
with no "Exit to Space" portal present, and attempting to re-land gives "docking denied" response which leaves the ship in Limbo.

The exit is 15k directly above you when you undock, and it *should* be visible and selectable on navmap.
