Esteemed partners,

In light of the completion of the first variant of a jump drive by the most dedicated researchers of the Emperor, and in line with today's press release, the Empire of Kusari extends an invitation to members of the Rheinland Military and the Bretonian Armed Forces to take part in the field trials that will precede the public release of experimental jump drive technology to the markets of Sirius.

For the duration of the field tests, the Kusari Naval Forces will escort those of the Rheinland and Bretonian militaries that wish to take part to the Honshu system and further back into the respective Houses once the trials are completed. In return, we expect that vessels will provide in-the-field support should the situation change unfavorably or should any major events occur whilst on the way to the Honshu system.

It is asked that the Admiralties of the respective esteemed navies respond with a list of approved vessels of up-to-and-including cruiser class for participation until 1800 hours on this day.
