For some reason the console keeps kicking me, On all my chars. Whats worse, on my large ships,Jumping may cause a computer crash , Halp?

It's most likely a problem with your internet connection. I get the same thing, on my home internet connection I lag so badly the console boots me even if I'm in a base. On the USA server I get something along the lines of 1000ms ping and 87% lag on a bad day, but that server doesn't boot you like the official one does.

Tommy from Order had the same problem, he said a complete windows install solved the issue

Now it has passed more the one month from doing it,and still everything works great.
However I never discovered what was the problem,but I am thinking that some sort of virus was fault which was placed in windows itself.

That is possibly the worst connection I've ever heard of. I thought my own was bad at 380ms ping and sometimes 8-10 lag.
