Iskra Outpost should be displaying Coalition IFF,
since the patch it's showing as Bundschuh Guard.

Applied a change to the POB, it should be Coalition IFF on next restart, but faction hashes tend to be funny, so do let me know if it's wrong again. Had to blow it up to apply the change, however.
