Bug: There's no sellpoint for Gunboat thrusters, they don't even show in FLStat.

I suggest just adding a sell entry on New Haven for now until they can be added to all bases where it would make sense.

They cannot have salepoints as every GB starts with them on purchase and they cannot be lost. 0 price items -- which are needed for FixedMounts to work -- will crash the game if they have salepoints. Not a bug. The only "bug" here is that there can be (and likely are) old ships without these thrusters, which have to be fixed individually.
