We are the crew of the Liberty Navy Office of Naval Intelligence exploration and sample collecting vessel 1st|ONI-Shadow-1.b
We have been investigating the catastrophic jump gate blackout and its connection to mysterious uncharted systems, and it appears one of the chaotic exits from one of them leads to vessels exiting in the Sigma systems. We have had the luck of being greeted and assisted by Matsumo Yabuki after an unknown anomaly spat us out in what we found to be the Sigma-13 system. We are now en route back to Liberty, but of course, we are aware of the paragraph 3.2 of the Gas Miners Guild territorial laws we were unfortunate to find ourselves in the breach of unintentionally, we thank you for your positive and welcoming approach and showing us the right way.

Unrelated to today's incident, Part of ONI investigation of the blackouts has been a discovery very unstable connection that could potentially connect our houses - unrelated to the chaotic anomalies that forced us into your territory this time. This connection could potentially lead from the Copernicus system
As discussed with Matsumo Yabuki, if proven stable and truly connecting our territories in a predictable way, the transit zone could lead to a new era of potential cooperation, alongside combatting potential threats. The system is highly unstable, with various anomalies leading to Hazards and dangerous gas pockets, but it is something we hope could be explored.
