Reproduction Steps:
- Do a /restart FLOmicron
- Undock
- Witness this disgustingness. Oh gods, why?
Additional Information: As far as I know, this is the only ship with its CD in the middle of its guns on the list. Pls fix

That's me being quirky and allowing the Starblazer to mount a gun on its CD slot, giving it a 6th gun, so it is intended. I guess I could just make it unable to do that?

Okay I did it it's over
Instead of a 6th gun on the CD slot we made it so it can mount class 4s (LF guns) on the Heavy Weapon slots as another option.
