As a result of internal changes of our governmental structure, the Agreement of Algérie is being temporarily revoked, and we wish to continue ensuring the peace between you and other actors that might be hostile. We wish to leave this hostility at the door of Gallia, as well as continuing to cooperate - and I hope even deeper, against the Nomad threat, which seems to have manifested itself more and more in our region, and we have reasons to believe, elsewhere as well. This calls for deeper mutual understanding, while maintaining our neutrality with your enemies, letting the Union remain a neutral place for you, as well as an operating theater against the constant Alien threat.

Therefore, I have the pleasure of inviting you to Gallia, with a temporary exception on capital ships, as we believe you would use one to ferry yourself from the Omicrons, to Gallia.

Our meeting place shall be in high orbit around Planet Tonnerre in Burgundy, the unmistakable hallmark of this beautiful system, and fitting meeting place aboard the GNFS Normandie, where the treaty will be discussed, and detailed, with you.
