Good day to SEO,

Let me introduce myself, I am leon Dante and Assistant Chief Executive Officer of Freeport 12 and the extension facility in Galileo.

We have recently changed our way of operating, and have fully redeveloped both facilities from former manufacturing facilities to make way for refineries and other useful modules.

We have been succesful in producing refined Platinum and are nearly ready to put the commodity up for sale at the Freeport extension facility. Being the sister facility to the original Freeport 12 we used to use it for Jump Drive Manufacturing but have repurposed it to a Platinum refinery.
Now, with this refinery we seem to be producing rather alot of Toxic waste, of which we are not sure how we should dispose of it, and I am well aware that your organisation are experts within this field.

We would like to offer you a contract to dispose of the toxic waste from the facility and come to some sort of deal regarding your fee for disposal and also a fee that will not hurt your organisations finances.
Built into this deal, we could also offer you some discount on the refined Platinum, if that could be incorporated into the deal. So for now I will await your response and we could possibly discuss this privately and make good the relations between us.

As you will be aware, us Zoners are not very welcome in Liberty, and we have managed so far to keep well away from the Zoner warmongers who have ruined the reputation of our kind.

I look forward to your reply,

Leon Dante
Assistant Chief Executive Officer

Herr Dante, I am pleased to make your acquaintance.
I will honestly say that I am surprised our reputation has reached as far as to have been picked up by Zoner ears. It is quite impressive that you have managed to set up a refining operation in Galileo, and I can see how the byproducts would be challenging to remove en masse. Fortunately, I have recently received a report about the viability of the neighboring Shikoku as a waypoint on our updated trade routes. While we did not plan on passing through Galileo, I am quite certain that a short transit to load in the waste byproducts won't give our Security department too much of a headache.

However, I must mention our policy of not getting involved with entities operating outside of formal lawful structures. While I am sure your Freeport 12 has rules and organization, I would prefer not to put my people at risk by associating them with criminal factions. SEO can handle itself on an individual ship basis, but I am not prepared to support operations which are frequented by criminal elements. If you are aware of such factions using your facilities as anything more than a quick refueling stop, then it would be best for you too look elsewhere for your waste disposal needs.

Now, regarding the wording of a potential contract - SEO is open to the deal you propose regarding discounts, with an additional pay structure. As you can imagine, any refinery operation can make use of our services, but there is only so much transportation tonnage and personnel available to SEO. Therefore, I propose a trial period - the first 50,000 units to be priced at 2 SC per unit, with a renewal to be negotiated upon completion of that contract. In order to encourage you to accept, I am also willing to send out a number of construction personnel from Koepchen to evaluate your storage procedures. These people lived and breathed near or in radioactive warehouses for month-long shifts, so I am sure you will find them enlightening.

I urge you to take my points under advisement, and respond back in the case that you are still willing to do business. We can then set a final number to the tonnage amount of our trial contract, and any additional requirements that we agree on.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
