Greetings, esteemed representatives of The Zurich Accord. It is with great pleasure that I address you today. I trust that we are already familiar with each other from our previous encounter in Tau-23. Allow me to introduce myself once again, I am Yoshikawa Ringo, a Saiko-comon of The Nikkyo Consortium, Hogosha Alliance
I would like to express our deep gratitude for the efforts of The Zurich Accord in blockading the Tau Corridor during the Cardamine boom in the region. This joint action has played a crucial role in containing the spread of Cardamine and ensuring stability in House Kusari and House Galia.
In light of our successful collaboration, I am reaching out to propose the establishment of a formal communication channel between the Hogosha Alliance and The Union Course. This channel will serve as a platform for information sharing and coordination, with the primary objective of preventing any further business between our organizations.
Mutual collaboration and sharing of resources and knowledge will undoubtedly strengthen our collective efforts and contribute to long-term stability between our organizations.

Your appreciation of our efforts in the Taus recently is most welcome, and I extend the same appreciation to you in turn, as your people did an admirable job covering the gaps that we otherwise would've left open. After speaking with my associates, we would be more than pleased to open a dialogue with your people. I must admit, speaking from personal experience, that I do have some reservations about the Hogosha in general. Alas I am also willing to feel things out and see where they might go. With that in mind, please feel free to reach out to myself in the future to expand upon what was started recently with our efforts against the Outcasts and their ilk. Perhaps we can look at a mutual expansion of our markets through cooperative efforts?
