Dear esteemed Members of Kusari Naval Forces. My name is Yoshikawa Ringo, a saiko-komon of Hogosha Alliance. Today, 12/11/833 A.S at 15:42 of Honshu Time A bounty Hunter Gunboat-size Ship named "Adeodatus" appears at Akita Border Station in Honshu. Bounty hunters have emerged in the Honshu system, with their target being Hogosha. Their employers were identified as the Synth Foods corporation. Following a brief encounter, it was established that the bounty amount was not specified. According to Kusari Codex paragraph IV-3a, they were found to be operating illegally, attempting to claim a reward for a Kusari Citizen. The Bounty Hunter ship was disabled until the next orders.

You could have forwarded this data to the State Police, yet you chose to address the Naval Forces only. We wonder why. Not like it changes much, we received and reviewed the forwarded data.

The Bounty Hunter in question indeed violated the cited paragraph of the Imperial Stellar Codex. Your act of self-defense and the subsequent disabling of the vessel in question should serve as sufficient punishment for the time being.

The Bounty Hunter will be put under strictest surveillance and any further attempts will result in them rotting within Miura's mines, so much I can guarantee. Should there be additional incidents of this nature, we will have to involve the Government and figure out an appropriate reaction to Synth Foods blatant targeting of our citizens.
