OHAIO! This is Mai Yamato of the Kyoto News Service here to bring you a important announcement. Today we had a interview with Rangu Hikari now the new Teichou of the NovaPG.

"Greetings Doubou
I am here to announce the change in leadership of the NovaPG. Due to personal issues, our great leader Teichou Miagi-san has stepped down and is handing leadership to me Rangu Hikari.
I know this may come as a shock to you all. But all of my brothers in the NovaPG know me well... and know i shall not let his name be dishonored. I vow to bring Kusari's Current "Leadership" to their knee's. We shall reign supreme my fellow Doubou.
