4.5 - Characters with a Freelancer ID or Bounty Hunters Guild ID may be hired on the spot in game by players with non-generic IDs to engage in combat. Parties involved in combat must be made aware of such hiring.

As a Freelancer, you went into combat assisting Gallic Navy and Unione Corse ships. We didn't find any evidence of you being hired by any of the present ships. In addition, we haven't yet seen a claim on any active bounty boards that would explain the engagement. Please post here with an explanation for why you were able to engage in this situation, or after you've made a claim on a board you were registered on at the time. Should you fail to, this warning will turn into a sanction.
