This is Wisp, a member of the Technocracy, we meet in Earhart that one time when we both have been shot by the for a lack of a better term death lasers.

Now for the reason I am contacting a Vice Admiral of the Liberty Navy it is for funding my research into new exotic alloys that could be used for hull panels that are more resistant to spacial anomalies like the one found in earhart.

And if possible a Rhino or Grizzly type freighter produced by navy contractors that we would modify to use the new panels.

If this project is allowed to succeed maybe even the Kepler system would be accessible to all.
