Directorate 1.1: All Vampirs/Brigands are Required to TAX every Trader caught Flying through Gallic space, No One is to be spared! As the costs of Repairing Damage to Brigand Ships returning from fights with the GRN / GRP are mounting into the Millions. Only Council, Maquis, Union Corse and Brigand Marked Trading Vessels are Exempt from this New Directive! Green Light has also been given for the Taxing of all Foreigner Marked 'Zoner' Ships and Junker Ships. So come on People the more money we can Scrape together the more Royal dogs we can kill, Our future is in Your Hands!

My Patrol Report for this Evening:
After leaving the Valence Base Hangar this afternoon, I was on patrol around Valence when I met up with Brigand Cruiser [GB]Lace.Domienne from which then decided to fly together for the rest of Our patrol, thus suddenly out of nowhere we had Royal Navy ships on our scanner headed straight for us oh my my my I like a Rush.
Anyway they were percieved to engage the cruiser so I took this to my advantage and picked there Ships off one by one, First I brought down the Rookie GRN-Malo. Now this 2nd Navy Swine was a greater challenge
but nonetheless He was also Destroyed and His Escape pod left for dead.
After this Engagement I was rather tired from all the fighting, [GB]Lace.Domienne pulled into Valence and I resumed my patrol where by Angry Navy Ships were Hailing all sorts of SMACK over the Comms.
Wanting just to Chill in My Local Sauna with my Mademoiselles away from all the Hoo Haa, I decided to head to a Local joint I know on Nimes where again another GRN tracked me down this time it was le Swine Grand Chantal at the Dauphine Jumphole. Talking Smack aswell I decided to Give into his Demand for a Duel but I had to Hurry!, well C'mon I had Ladies waiting for me No, Never keep a lady waiting even if you are Paying No ?? Seems like these GRN just love to talk and talk and challenge you when they are 20 of them and 1 of you. Well if thats the Case dont flee give them what they want, as the next time you will meet one alone and just watch how they will cry.
Anyway Im half drunk right now and celebrating here is my summary Mon Amois:

Two ships came into Languedoc today. One trader another escort. Refused to pay the tax and tried to destroyed me. I barely escaped. I'm still not equiped to take on larger traders.

Bonjour Rekaria' Diablo here, what ashame you have run into difficultys taxing. I myself first had trouble when I was amateur PegLeg but look at me now Half the GRN would not dare face me! As for traders Ive told you before if they dont pay you take em out escort or not.... Im not sure what happen but I assume there was some sitting around chit chat no money being transferred then they opened fire on you. In future when you ask for Tax, give them your price then wait literally 5 seconds before firing a warning shot if within the next 5secs they still dont reply or open a trade channel then let them Eat SNAC.
When I tax they have 10 seconds before there dead, then after that they cry Oh Well. If you ever come across a trader with an escort, from now on go straight for the trader demand tax, if they dont pay kill em then deal with silly escort, remember you can out maneuvour a fighter while Pounding a trader. As for these two twats Trader ship: [RUS]traidmaster, Escort : TNT If I see them I will personally destroy the escort and demand 15mill Tax from the trader or he goes too.

Bonjour, m'sieurs. Allow me to introduce myself, I am the famed racer Clovis Le Riparian, three time winner of le Tour de Gallia.
Of late, racing presents no challenge to me. All of my main competitors seem to be off fighting some idiotic war, leaving only les enfants on the course. I have heard that your line of work is challenging, therefore I have tried my hand at a little piracy.
I seem to have found a new home in the Free Brigands of Gallia, it is only a matter of time before I acquire their ID. I attempted to tax one of these foreign traders, but most unfortunatly GRP arrived and destroyed it. Of course, no mere policeman can hope to catch up to le grand Riparian.
It occurs to me, that unlike my chosen sport of racing, piracy can require teamwork at times. I have heard that your brotherhood is without equal of the Gallic pirates, so naturellement, I come to you. Perhaps, if for some reason I am unacceptable to join your ranks, we could still coordinate our operations.
