[Ship Stats/Commodity/Server Config] Cargo space overflow - tommygun209 - 12-13-2023

Bug: Cargo space overflow
Reproduction Steps:
- Get a transport which is able to mount a docking module, install a module, it will eat 5 units of cargo
- Load the ship with cargo
- Kill some npcs and use "tractor beam(all items)" hotkey to loot their remains
- Open your cargo hold and notice that you have -5 free cargo space
Additional Information: If you drop that excessive cargo, you won't be able to loot it back

Caused by the game being stoooopid(its a vanilla bug). I'm looking into a fix but idk what will come out of it.
EDIT: Okay, fix ended up easier than I thought, should be fixed on next deployment.
