It is a pleasant sight to see other families set their sights on the Bretonian Kingdoms territory. It has been a few too many years since we extended our reach and put a stop to those trying to encroach onto our markets.
As we speak, I am sending a pack of my best men towards the Leeds system. They will undergo preparations to remind a group of Junkers that refusing the Hogosha is more than they handle. Our goal to create some chaos within Bretonia's backyard could be beneficial to your approach too, it would seem.
To be quite open with you, Ryuu-san - the Majima Family endorses your endeavor and we will wish you the best of luck, however we will not aid you in your negotiation efforts with the Gaians. Should you urgently require assistance, I suppose Nikkyo's Sera can free some time for you but I would not consider this granted if I were you.

I wanted to provide a status update and bring to light a slightly troubling matter.
Firstly, negotiations have somewhat stalled due to the ongoing holidays, we remain optimistic that negotiations will resume in earnest upon the start of the new year. Secondly, while traveling through Shikoku, the Golden Phoenix Casino, a Kusari Corporate Vessel, was stopped by a Kusari Naval officer. Despite compliance with all legal regulations and cargo manifest transparency, the vessel was subjected to a 5,000 credit fine solely due to its affiliation with the Hogosha Corporation Entity.
We respectfully questioned the legality of this fine, citing the clear provisions of Section 5, which restricts Hogosha vessels only within Tohoku and Chugoku systems. The officer, however, acknowledged a lack of familiarity with the relevant laws before ultimately waiving the fine. While we appreciate the officer's eventual concession, this incident raises concerns about the potential for arbitrary and discriminatory practices against Kusari Corporate Vessels.
