Try reinstalling your game and make sure your antivirus doesn't quarantine any files from the game folder (it likes to delete capitalfixtures.dll or w/e it was called)

Unbanned. Ensure your antivirus has not captured any files from Discovery, including CapitalClassFixes.dll. If you have trouble connecting still, do not retry multiple times - reinstall Discovery.
