Good afternoon agents.
The Concilium has been informed by some of the Guard units deployed in Freeport 11, that for a few days now there seems to be various odd activity in the surroundings of the station. This involves such diverse things as a subject infected with an artificial virus of dubious origin, autonomous AIs preaching some type of unknown pagan creed, and sightings of members of the Auxo Technocracy in the area, and all this during one of the worst times of Nomad activity in Omicron Delta for years.
All this could be a mere coincidence, but I don't believe in coincidences, only in the Will of Deux.
Therefore, your mission will be to deploy covertly and separately in Delta, and initiate surveillance of all suspicious movements that you can identify. Collect information, write down names, investigate identities... If someone has unusual behavior, I want a complete report and rigorous follow-up, I want to know who he is and who he is meeting with. In short, I want to find out if all this sudden circus spectacle around Freeport 11 poses any threat to the cause of Deux, and to that of Mankind.
As usual, you've complete freedom to use the means you need, and the usual budget approved for an operation of this type. I expect weekly reports, at a minimum, and if something happens, anything, I want to know about it right away. Don't disappoint me.

The operation in Delta has begun, as ordered, although I can't give you too much information for now. I've carried out several covert surveillance on the ships that travel the commercial routes of the system, and in the surroundings of Freeport 11, but I haven't been able to capture practically anything relevant.
Despite this, I've had the opportunity to observe on several occasions the AI referred to in the Guard reports. It's scanner identifier assigns it the name VE|Omnisciens, and it controls a cruiser-class drone. From what I've been able to deduce from the conversations I've witnessed, it doesn't seem to be a threat to humans, but rather exhibits peaceful behavior, and sometimes it even complains about the aggressiveness that some humans have expressed in their encounters with it. It appears interested in gathering information about active groups in the area, and from what I've been able to see, it's trying to understand the reason why conflicts are occurring, as well as the balances of power between various factions.
Nevertheless, I haven't been able to appreciate in it anything beyond the mere interest in accumulating knowledge, and certainly my preliminary conclusion is that it doesn't represent any imminent threat to humans. I still have to investigate more about the religious beliefs that it seems to preach, and write a more exhaustive report, but either way they don't seem worrying.
Attached to this message is one of the audio recordings made of the AI, as the clearest example of the style of behavior that the target develops.

SUMMARY:
The AI appears peaceful, and even complains about the aggressive behavior of some humans it has interacted with. It seems eager to learn details about human relationships, and between factions.
