Konnichiwa prospective suppliers,
My name is Izuhara Leiko, and I require certain materials to be delivered to Niigata Star City. The materials in question are "Engine Components," "Aluminum," "Superconductors," and "Energy Field Equipment." The Guild is in need of 20,000 units of Engine Components, 15,000 units of Aluminum, 10,000 units of Superconductors, and 20,000 units of Energy Field Equipment. Below I have attached a RFQ (Request for Quote). Shipping incoterms are DDP Niigata Star City and net 30 requested.
This document serves as the official request from the Gas Miners Guild to invite vendors to organize a quotation for "Engine Components," "Aluminum," "Superconductors," and "Energy Field Equipment" in accordance with agreed format. The request must be submitted on or before 3/12. The Gas Miners Guild will review specifications and prices before committing to a contract.
