While I understand the need for secrecy, I need more of a warning to be able to provide anything but the cursory assistance. The military apparatus does not move on a whim. The best I can do at the moment is a detached taskforce providing security. Anything bigger will certainly draw attention, and someone will inevitably put the pieces together.

I will dispatch a marine assault frigate with the taskforce, its Kapitanleutnant to take orders only from the Kolleda's kommandant and any others you select. These men and women will safeguard the Kolleda against sabotage and any of the more... sinister outcomes. The marine kaleu and the taskforce kommandant will be briefed with the tactical details of the operation, nothing more.

If that is agreeable to you, that is the best I can offer at this time.

VIPER, after having returned from Gallia, I am at the end of my rope. I have instructed people to wait for the bigger prize, the controller of these infiltrators, but I now believe that we must act immediately. No one must be allowed to interfere with the operation you propose. I believe I have devised a solid plan to "kill two birds with one stone", as the Libertonians say.

Your timetable must move forward. Whatever tests you planned to run need to happen now, or right before the operation itself. If everything works as intended, you will move into position immediately. My reasoning is simple - whatever these infiltrators managed to discover, they believe they have more time.
But if the test-firing reveals a fatal flaw, we must forget about the operation for the foreseeable future. Wait for a few months, let things cool down. The infiltrators will attempt to counter a threat that never materializes, and we'll be ready for them.

Now, my plan. With our new Gallic allies more than a little unsteady, it is only natural for us to participate in joint exercises. Underscore the might of the alliance, exchange tactical suggestions and the like. But moreover, this will allow us to detail any assets we choose to participate - including those we do not trust. They will be forced to attend and become effectively sidelined for the duration of the exercises. And if they do not, they become renegades, instead of the infiltrators they'd prefer to remain.

I will personally hand-pick a battlegroup for a special mission in Frankfurt, and you will do the same. After the first day of exercises, they will depart to the rendezvous, and your operation will commence. Any others who depart without orders will be hunted down with impunity, ourselves and the MND. And if, by the Emperor, the Nomads make an appearance once again - the Gallic combined fleet will be three jumps away.
