Rheinland Polizei representatives,

I speak on behalf of Aegis Initiative, the largest active subsidiary of the Bounty Hunters Guild. As a result of the successful business conducted by the Guild's members over the past few years we have recently purchased a Bustard-class Civilian Light Carrier to serve as the company's new flagship and a staging platform for large-scale operations in the remote areas of the Sirius sector.

While her main domain will be the Border Worlds and the Edge Worlds, on the rare occasion that we have to enter Rheinland space, we are hereby requesting a carrier license. The callsign of the flagship is: Aegis|CV-Citadel. She is outfitted with a Jump Drive Mk IV and four Docking Modules. We hope this arrangement will be the first step in repairing and restoring the reputation between our two entities, as the Guild has served Rheinland faithfully for many years prior.

Your application has passed the Phase 1 Review, and you are now eligible for the Phase 2 Request. This is the final step of the evaluation and verification process, where we need some extra information about your vessel and your operations. This information will help us to ensure that your carrier and your crew comply with the laws and regulations of the Rheinland Fatherland, and respect the sovereignty and security of our territory.

As the owner of the vessel, the Rheinland Polizei requests you to fill out this form to provide us with the necessary information. The form asks for various details, such as your carrier’s specifications, modifications, weapons, and defenses, your crew’s qualifications, certifications, and licenses, your operational plans, routes, and destinations, and your compliance with the Rheinland laws and regulations, as well as the Bounty Hunters’ Creed.

Please fill out and submit the form within 48 hours of receiving this message. If you fail to do so, your application will be rejected and your carrier will be denied access to Rheinland space. If you submit the form on time, we will review and process your request within 24 hours, and contact you with the results and the next steps.

If your request is approved, you will receive a carrier license certificate and a transponder code that identifies your carrier as a licensed vessel. You will also receive a list of the rights and obligations of a carrier license holder, as well as the terms and conditions of the license. You will be required to renew your license annually, and to report any changes or updates to your carrier or your operations.

A carrier license grants you certain privileges and benefits, such as access to docking facilities, fuel and repair services, and trade opportunities in Rheinland space. However, it also entails certain responsibilities and duties, such as respecting the Rheinland authorities and citizens, cooperating with the Rheinland Polizei and the VIPER, and avoiding any conflicts or violations with the Rheinland laws and regulations. If you fail to comply with these requirements, your license will be revoked and your carrier will be seized or destroyed.

We hope this arrangement will be the first step in repairing and restoring the reputation between our two entities, as the Bounty Hunters Guild has served Rheinland faithfully for many years prior.
