I am writing to report a serious and alarming situation that occurred recently in Rheinland space. I request your immediate attention and action on this matter.
I have taken liberty in bring you the details over this situation by taking the most important things on it

We received an unknown message from the Order|CV-Montana, consisting of dollar signs.
We located the source of the message near the Dresden Jumpgate, and found an Order pilot flying an Anubis.
We chased the Order pilot, but lost contact in sector H7.
We received an emergency call from Captain Joachim Stahl, reporting two unknown and hostile ships in the New Berlin grid, with the callsigns of “Wilde.Rubezahl” and “Wilde.Walkure”.
We engaged the enemy ships, without backup from other Buro agents and military pilots for full health scan and interrogation as well a judgement for modify their transponders.
We also encountered a KKS-Untergang with the same “Failure” notification as the other unknown ships.
We destroyed one of the rogue ships, but the other one escaped to the Frankfurt system through a hole.
We also met an AI Core Vessel, Cruiser Class, with the callsign of VE|Omnisciens, who claimed to be surprised to find The Wild in Rheinland, and mentioned something about “Singularis”."

Today, at 17:43:46, we received an unknown message over the comm channels from the Order|CV-Montana. The message consisted of a series of dollar signs, as follows: “$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$ $$$$$ $$$$$$$$$”. We were unable to decode or identify the meaning or origin of this message. We suspect it was a code or encryption of some sort, possibly a distress signal or a warning.

We requested all stations to locate the source of the message, and we received the highest RSSI from the Wildau and Brandenburg stations. We also received a possible sector where to locate the message, near the Dresden Jumpgate, according to the New Berlin Base array and Wildau/Brandenburg gate. I headed the recently cruiser the KPR|Fuchsgeist in pursuit of the locator, accompanied by the officer on the Military [RM]Obl-Werner.Roth.

We arrived at the sector and discovered an Order pilot flying an Anubis. He fled, and we chased him until we lost contact on radar in sector H7. We then received a system-wide emergency call from Captain Joachim Stahl, reporting two unknown and hostile ships in the New Berlin grid. The ships had the callsigns of “Wilde.Rubezahl” and “Wilde.Walkure”, and they were a fighter Valkyrie and a gunboat, respectively.

We rushed to provide support, taking the fastest route possible. We engaged the enemy ships, and we received backup from other Buro agents, as well as a Daumann support with {DHC}Waechter. We also encountered a KKS-Untergang with the same “Failure” notification as the other unknown ships. We ordered the unknown ships to stop and surrender, but they refused and resisted. I authorized the weapon’s officer to fire at them if they moved, and he did.

We managed to destroy one of the rogue ships, but the other one escaped to the Frankfurt system through a hole. We followed him, but we were unable to catch him. We also met an AI Core Vessel, Cruiser Class, with the callsign of VE|Omnisciens. The vessel showed no signs of hostility, and claimed to be surprised to find The Wild in Rheinland. The vessel also mentioned something about “Singularis”, but we did not understand what it meant.

We are very concerned and puzzled by this situation. We do not know who these unknown and hostile ships are, or what they want. We do not know what their connection is with the Order, the AI Core, or The Wild. We do not know what the strange message or the “Singularis” mean. We do not know why the Rheinland transponders are failing in increasing numbers. We fear that this is more than a coincidence, and that there is a hidden threat or conspiracy behind this.

We request your urgent investigation and intervention on this matter. We need to find out the truth and the motives of these unknown and hostile ships. We need to protect the Rheinland Fatherland and its citizens from any potential danger or harm. We need to uphold the law and the order in our territory.

I have other reports of this "suspicious" vessels traveling around Rheinland in my desk, and if this is just as normal or this has something to do with the Buro or the Military itself I am the one who need to know because the reports are increasing in numbers recently. And i must say was a "way" to celebrate the first patrol on the Fuschsgeist

We have attached the relevant data and evidence to this message. Please review them and contact us as soon as possible. We await your response and instructions in how to proceed with this issue and if possible, i will ask a favor that the Buro should act faster in manners, as the presence of this "Unidentified vessels" are a danger to all civilian and pilots in Rheinland, and in such grid of New Berlin should not be tolerated.

Meanwhile i will ask the Shipyard to fix the Video Transmissor on the ship, it seems the modifications requested did some ... damage in some way
