I am writing to you on behalf of the =Crayter Republic= to formally request permission for our vessels to transit through and engage in trade within the Rheinland Territory. Our operations are strictly lawful, and we are committed to adhering to all regulations and protocols set forth by the KPR.

In addition to carrying lawful goods, we seek approval to include the following items essential for the safety and defense of our crew during transit:
  • Military Salvage: As required for repairs and maintenance of our vessels, aswell the salvage found as debris after found a pilot in the space, nearby recently damaged or destroyed vessel, the vessel serve as puporse of small medical ship and the recolection of tractorable cargo, plus the hull of the vessel have been built using military-class hull panels due the natural travel space as a Luxury Liner that shows the most amazing and beauty spaces in Sirius, and sometimes are harsh enviroments we are indeed in keep the security of the crew and passengers on board, and even the safety of the goods we transport in the ship
  • Munitions: Limited to one box for each turret mounted on our vessels, solely for defensive purposes.
  • Side Arms: Restricted to one box per ten crew members, not exceeding a total of 10 boxes, intended for the personal defense of our crew of 100 (only applicable when transporting passengers)
  • Special Equipment: We have plans in add soon some Docking Modules to the Liner, just for Freighter and Escort units if the case if needed but i am inform you prompty to not have any inconveniences thereafter
We assure you that the aforementioned items will be securely stored and handled in compliance with the highest safety standards. Our request aligns with the need to ensure the security of our vessels and crew while operating within your jurisdiction.

We are aware of the responsibilities that come with the transport of such items and are prepared to cooperate fully with the KPR to facilitate inspections and compliance checks as required.
