「o」Brief background: Born on Norfolk Shipyard, grew up there seeing many fine ships produced there. Before serving on various freighters over the years, once I had saved up enough money purchasing an associate licence with DSE alongside a Mastodon transport I've been flying with for some time now.

Mr. White - we're always looking for smart and driven individuals, and I believe you tick those boxes very well. But take care not to lord your "private education" over anyone else here, my friend, I will not have it. Sorry that I have start off on this foot, but I've had many a manager lose their cool with how things are done on Pittsburg. Your new ways will be welcome, but be prepared to change as well. You might learn a thing or two from our older foremen here, and I'm sure you'll get along just fine after a cool Liberty Ale.

Mr. Hyrax - I think you'll find my version of DSE just the right ticket for a "salty sailor" like yourself. Your de-escalation skills will be very useful for many of our projects, where we really have to steer small not to get our crap blown up. But there's no shame in going back to school while you're out there hauling goods. Take one of our booster courses, and see what you can pick up - you may be surprised at how practical all the theoreticals become when we're talking safety and efficiency.

I'll welcome you both at the orientation next week, and I believe we'll have a lot of work to do from then on.

Ms. Lacroix - I must admit to you from the start that DSE is not an easy place for a young woman to make her break into the corporate world. However, with your experience in showbusiness, I fear for the next manager that brings excuses for his late arrival to a boardroom meeting. I believe that your fresh outlook on our standard operational practices is just what is needed as I rebuild this company. And any who show unwilling to follow any guidelines we come up with will be sent directly to my office on Pittsburg!

Mr. Ashwood - the BMM have always been tough but fair competitors. I genuinely believe that you know our legal standing better than some of our own lawyers, seeing as you'd be the ones looking for holes in our defenses, hahah. I have to warn you now though, that any attempt at securing legal blackmail will not go far in this company.
