Unfortunately this is a freshly purchased slice of land so no amenities are available apart from the portaloos off to the side of the landing area.
Malaclypse is just down the road and may have a more favorable setup.
What this pad has to offer is unadulterated countryside for relaxing, lying back and...relaxing... along with a waterfall and swimming hole in the forest for those interested.
Please relax and enjoy! Try not to dent the Huggie on the way in.
Wait out the huge solar flare in peace and tranquility...or in other ways. Punch-ups are allowed off to the side there...out of range of the casual listeners.

Pops stands on the veranda, shaking his head at the aroma of incinerated weiners coming from the small vale where the stream ran into a deep pool. A man of indeterminate age and demeanor stood next to him, holding a gin and tonic.
"Master Shamus, it appears that our new landholder is in need of some guests. And since your "inviter" still seems to be tied up delivering some nomad bits, why don't we take these two bottles of Sapphire with us and greet the nice fellow."
"I suppose I could be convinced to rough it for a bit." said Shamus. "If the the thing gets too idyllic, though, I warn you I may wretch."
