SUBJECT: Non-Negotiable Compliance: Immediate Restoration of [RM] Docking Rights

Dear Station Owner,

This correspondence serves as an unequivocal directive to rectify a serious breach of Rheinland law at Lichtenberg Station. Your failure to grant docking rights to [RM] Tagged Vessels is a direct violation of statute §7.9.1, which unequivocally requires station administrators to provide docking access to official law-enforcement authorities at all times.

As the Rheinland Military is an integral part of the Rheinland Security Forces, and considering that the Polizei operates under the military’s jurisdiction, this oversight is particularly concerning.

Immediate Action Required:
A fine of 100,000 Sirius Credits has been imposed due to this infringement. Payment must be made without delay to KPR|Bank
Additionally, you are required to immediately reinstate docking permissions for all law enforcement tagged vessels. Failure to comply will result in further penalties.

Should you require assistance in updating the docking permissions or providing the necessary Credentials to the base, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to facilitate this process and ensure compliance with Rheinland law.

Let this serve as a stern warning: The law is clear, and its adherence is not optional. We expect prompt action and full cooperation.

Reported Violation:

The reported denial of docking rights by [RM] and has been formally recorded. Consider this a formal admonition to meticulously review and amend your docking permissions protocol to ensure full compliance with Rheinland regulations.

Final Warning:
Should you choose to disregard this mandate, be advised that the consequences will escalate significantly. Any further infractions will incur substantially larger fines and may lead to more severe repercussions under Rheinland law.

Your immediate attention and action are demanded. Confirm compliance without further delay.

Respectfully,

Kaiserliche Polizei Direktorin Freyja Wolf

Guten tag frau Wolf,

As per our previous communication, docking rights were granted to KPR| ships as a symbol and an enforcement of the collaboration between the Rheinland Military and Rheinland Kaiserreichspolizei.
I will inform you that Lichtenberg Station has always been operated and is currently operated by the Rheinland Military; and due to its strategic placement and object of activity, docking is heavily restricted and all ships and their pilots that are allowed to dock are vetted and screened; if your pilots docked, they were restricted to the docking area and if necessary to the infirmary.
Since our previous prompt answer and collaboration resulted in a fine issued to a Rheinland Military Research Station for having strict docking rights, the docking rights to all KPR| ships has been revoked.
As for the fine issued by the KPR| to a Rheinland Military Research Station for "docking rights" to Rheinland Military ships and any other issues you may have, please take it to the Rheinland Military chain of command.

Signing off,
Gustav Loke

Sehr Herr Loke,

I acknowledge the strategic importance of Lichtenberg Station and the necessity for stringent security measures. However, it is imperative to clarify that the enforcement of docking rights as per Rheinland law §7.9.1 is not a discretionary matter but a legal requirement.

The recent revocation of docking rights for KPR| ships, despite previous assurances of collaboration, has been noted with concern.
It is essential to understand that the fine imposed was not a punitive measure against the Rheinland Military but a consequence of non-compliance with established laws, as reported by a [RM] Agent.

The KPR| is committed to upholding the law and ensuring its strict adherence. The matter has been escalated to the Rheinland Military and Government, and we will closely monitor the decisions made in this regard. Compliance with the law is not partial but absolute, and it is expected that Lichtenberg Station will align its operations accordingly.

Should you require assistance or clarification regarding the implementation of these legal requirements, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to support and ensure a seamless transition back to full compliance.
Respectfully,
