My most used combat ship overall in the entire history of Discovery has to be the Roc. I've almost exclusively flown bombers for the first decade. The most used non-combat ship is unsurprisingly the Stork, as I assume is the case for many people.

The Valkyrie is the one ship I can't stop enjoying. Moves like a dream. Got me out of a lot of tight spots. Plus it has an iconic look to it.

I will be the odd one out here.
I don't have a favourite ship, I fly what is relevant to the ID I use.
Can honestly say I have probably never owned/flown about 90% of the ships that have existed/exist in the Game.
