(I'm taking an indefinite break).
Hello community; it's probably been at least somewhat obvious by now for those still waiting on me to Do Things, but I can't force myself to do activity in my current personal state. Without pointing any fingers, the prospect of me contributing further activity has just felt in my mind to be a chore at best, and something actively detrimental to my mental health at worst.
To that end, @Civil Servant is now 1ic of The Platform. I may be back later this year should I feel up to it, or maybe to pop in and observe changes should 5.1 come out by then, but I would rather not keep this faction completely paralyzed from my inability to actually lead it by example.

I do understand, or at least I think so. In my limited experience, if you aren't very careful with how you approach Disco, it can be so easy to end up in a situation where you get less enjoyment back from it than effort you put in. It has to be approached on your terms, and the extrinsic pressures of having a faction to manage or run with in this game look like quite the challenge to that for me, especially if you care quite personally about it (the Bundschuh are a distant love of mine, so I get it.) Some people thrive there, but I know I wouldn't.
Maybe I'm on the mark, maybe I'm talking out of my butt, I don't know. I just regret I was never at my best when I had opportunities to roleplay with you. I was always either dead tired or really distracted when the Klug emerged, and I thought he presented interesting opportunities to chat that I routinely missed or flubbed.
Your well being, though, takes precedence no matter what, and if it's time to redirect away from something that's become a drain, so it goes.
