It's been an extended period of time without much contact and so I assumed your company suffered from some kind of downturn as companies often do. But seeing as you still occupy the realm of the living I'm hoping to reopen a stable line of communication. Are you interested in working with the LFR? . User ID: Jaina Wheeler Recipient: Alliance Commander "Cobra" Subject: Checking for a pulse . Good day! It's a pleasure to hear from you again. Indeed we've sent a survey team into Ontario to get a proper picture of resources in the area. I've only received preliminary reports but those did seem promising. Although the threat reports I've still not yet received. I do assume you have a considerable presence in system which we'd appreciate to cooperate with. As for our standing, we've not quite been hit by the blackout as bad as others though the food situation on Bristol Bay was troubling at points. Still having a stagnant bottom line isn't much better than it going down. Now we've many avenues to get this back on track and I am glad you contacted me to be part of that. Yes we'd be willing to work with your organisation if we can expect similar to Bering. What exactly is it that you require currently? Thank you and good bye! Transmission Ends

But our problem has always been infrastructure, specifically expansion of capabilities such as in the realm of drydocks for the maintenance of larger vessels. Our workaround for this issue thus far has been repair ships. Not pretty, I know. But it gets the job done even if it says progress back by weeks. I'm sure you've seen Toronto and ascertained a rough estimate of its value both in scrap and components. We are interested in the latter. Equipment and material that will help aid major construction. If the LFR ever intend to act on its ambitions regarding independence then it'll require industry, and industry requires space. I don't expect your expertise and assistance to come freely. So what are you most keen on receiving in return? "Liberty or death." -"Cobra" ☠ Transmission signal lost. RE: >: Bristol - Jaina Wheeler - 04-24-2024 Incoming Transmission
. User ID: Jaina Wheeler Recipient: Alliance Commander "Cobra" Subject: Checking for a pulse . Why thank you! So let me summarise if I got that all correctly. We are to salvage Toronto for its valuable parts. The goal being to construct a space station with the potential for dry docks and more delicate machinery. Now is that supposed to be a replacement for Toronto or will this be built elsewhere? Are you already having staff to maintain such an installation or would we have to train them? Alternatively we can of course offer to take over the Toronto... junction? It's not quite that any more but we can take that over as we did Freeport 2. A large scale operation like this will require protection. And while there certainly is money to be made from the salvage, I'm not expecting this operation to recover its investment quickly. What we'd need would be a guarantee for protecting the installation and our construction and salvage crews. I've since received the threat reports and while we can deal with Junker raiders, Rogues or even Hackers could cause us serious trouble. Hackers don't usually raid our vessels down in Bering but we have no experience with this group. It does appear like you already guaranteed exclusive salvaging rights to the Freeport in the system though. So that matter would need resolving before we can do anything else. While I'd not ask you to go back on your promise with the Freeport, I do believe it would be fair to limit the mining in the region to these two installations. If the LFR is capable of guaranteeing the purchase of various products on the new installation, I believe that will then create a proper business case I can bring before the board. Thank you and good bye! Transmission Ends

So it's within our ability to grant you rights to operate in the system and enjoy the same rights to protection against nuisances. As for the guarantee of purchasing products from the installation I'd have to know what sort of commodities you intend to sell before I can state definitively whether or not our cause would have an active use for them. Clarify this and we can proceed. "Liberty or death." -"Cobra" ☠ Transmission signal lost. RE: >: Bristol - Jaina Wheeler - 04-24-2024 Incoming Transmission
. User ID: Jaina Wheeler Recipient: Alliance Commander "Cobra" Subject: Checking for a pulse . Oh we were misinformed then, that is good news. In that case we're just wondering if there will be any more installations and trading partners like the Freeport and us? Just a simple part of risk assessment. As for products. As we see it, we will most like be recycling basic scrap into alloys. We can recycle some of that to power the station but there might be a MOX surplus. Shipping it far would not be viable, same goes for the basic alloys. So if we have a reliable trade partner this operation will become feasible. Our stations do operate on a somewhat open port policy. I'm sure you are aware how Bristol Bay Station handles these things but if we were to establish another installation it would run similarly. If that is all agreeable we'd go into proper project planning and the first ships could leave Bristol within a week. Thank you and good bye! Transmission Ends
