Mr. Hawthorne,

On behalf of The Core, I am requesting that our ships be allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Liberty, or traverse it, with Azurite Gas obtained from Omicron Minor and with Xeno Relics excavated from the ruins on Planet Knossos, Omicron Pi. The Core has overtaken major steps in recent times to realign itself with the policies of The Great Houses, and by extensions The Republic of Liberty, and we hope that this may serve as another such building block towards strengthening ties.

In service of the Core.

-William Alexander
Luminary, The Core

Mister Alexander;

Your request has been reviewed and has been approved - on the basis that Liberty ships may also be granted permission to enter Core sovereign space to acquire such materials.

I've taken the liberty of updating the approved special license database, on the basis that there is a mutual agreement to the above clause.

- William Hawthorne, Director of License Requisition Center
