This vanilla infocard caused a lot of chaos when people started to realize that they had a mandela effect about New Tokyo ever having had a planet with rings. Truth, however, is that Fuji never actually had a ring, not even in vanilla. The only vanilla rings to exist where:

Fuchu in Shikoku
Aso in Kyushu
Ross in Cambridge
a jump hole in Frankfurt (Weisser)
the sun in Omicron Psi (two layering rings)
Quintaine's eyes

I'm not sure what you're on about. There is at least one ring on the orbit of Fuji. It resembles a halo.
