Kusari Authorities repel unified criminal battlegroups


With Operation Golden Path in full swing, our brave Naval Forces faced several fierce battles across the Tau Highway these last days in their best efforts to cleanse up the crime riddled Taus and ensure the safety and security of vital trade. Scoundrels, opportunists and organized crime in the form of Outcasts, Dragons, Golden Chrysanthemums as well as domestic Bretonian troublemakers challenged our forces repeatedly.

Ensuring effectiveness of the Operation called for rather dire and by some criticized measures, as strategic command dispatched the Tsuyama Home Reserve Fleet into the Saga System to suffocate any unrest before it can materialize into an actual risk endangering the free flow of goods. Long standing Rear Admiral Sakazuki, infamously known for relatively poor performance during the battle of Languedoc, showcased lessons learnt and critic taken to heart these days and made the Empire proud. Back on the topic of the massive outbreaks of violence: According to no other than famed Admiral Okamoto - the personified vengeance against the Gallic crime apparatus - the second battlegroup composed of Outcast and Blood Dragons, almost managed to break the Tsuyama's lines in what he described "a last ditch effort" by the criminals. In addition, sources within the Naval Forces confirm that the amount of vessels deployed by both Outcasts and Blood Dragons is expected to have been "about all they can muster" and that they are expected to be at "severe risk of operational activity significantly decreasing". Admiral Okamoto announced a victory parade to be held in honor of the casualties on Monday and generous promotions and bonus payments being issued to the Home Reserve Fleet's personnel and any fast response units who aided them.
