• Message : Good day to the Kusari Empire Licensing section,

I am Frank Fullard, from the Artemis Alliance,

And I am requesting the use of a Bustard Class Vessel and a Jump Drive within Kusari. This vessel will be used as a research vessel, and any data that is captured by the vessel will be openly available to the Kusari Empire and any of its Law Enforcement agencies.

I do hope we can initiate this licence, as I am also contacting the Empire Naval Forces with another special request, which I am sure they can share with yourselves.

Carriers
"Bustard" Civilian Carrier
"Amaterasu"-class Liner
Any vessel of foreign law enforcement origin in service of Corporate/Independent entities or Individuals.
