I will inform you that Ile-de-France Shipping isn't willing to sell the Montpellier Depo as it an important investment of our company. But we are willing to rent you the station on a yearly basis for the price of six million credits. During that time all maintenance costs are to be paid by your subsidiary. One third of your employees must be of Gallic nacionality. The final clause would be in case of ALG braking any law the base will be returned back to IDF.

The sum of four million is to low to justify this transaction. The board of IDF is willing to pin the price at four and a half million credits but only if two thirds of the stations crew are of Gallic nationality. Additionally we would demand that all supply shipping and personal transportation be handled by our ships.
