Evening:

Every single party on this channel is in contact with all others to some degree, the time & means by which have varied to elude these same parties. Previously I could understand hesitancy from all sides, but now we have a much more serious matter that requires cooperation.

The BDM & MND recently spearheaded an effort to destroy Valhalla Shipyard in the Thuringia system. Despite the odds, the mission was a success. The cost was measured to a degree that Admiral Henze and I both foresaw - which was considerably less than if it were to be attempted any other way.

The consequences of this environmentally go further than I anticipated, however.

After a deep survey, it's quite apparent to me that the Order is aware of the resurgence of Omega-58. The Aliens have perverted the graveyard into something that caters to whatever it is they're trying to accomplish - again.

The Suhl anomaly - for whatever it's worth at this point - will create a natural barrier that protects Thuringia from a large-scale nomad invasion. The same cannot be said of Omega-41, to which Omega-58 is now apparently connected.

The vast majority of Rheinland is unaware of this phenomenon, informing them would incite mass panic and ultimately give the nomads the advantage - so I hope that's not something you'll consider doing. The BDM currently has very probable reason to believe that figureheads within the Bundschuh's current organization "The Platform" are under the influence of aliens - specifically sentinels.

As you can see, any chance of cooperation with Rheinland at this point falls to the BDM & Rheinland Military. I have been in communication with Section 8 prior regarding the group called "Auxesia" and figuring out the extent of their hand in all of this.

My policy towards the aliens reflects that of the Order - extermination. So with this, I propose we all cooperate on the subject of Omega-58.

The system appears to be split in half, on one half of the Pulsar lies Kaarst Drydock and close access to Recklinghausen Station. Which is now being used to siphon power from the Pulsar to an Alien Jumpgate. This area is infested with alien drones, and is the same side accessible from Thuringia, the MND will continue to take care and monitor the system as well as combat the alien threat. Order personnel who wish to join in and/or assess the situation for themselves on this side of the system can do so with my blessing.

I would only ask that any findings that can... hasten a solution to this system be shared here. Furthermore, accessing Thuringia without notifying the BDM or RM prior will likely be met with fatal consequences, as the area surrounding the Omega-58 system within Thuringia lies deep within the Suhl Anomaly.

Here are some key Recon points from the MND-contested side of the system:

I think Admiral Henze can attest that cooperation is in all our best interests. If something like this were better sealed in person, that can be arranged. But this is where I stand in the face of all this. Sooner or later the Aliens will rush to fester this wound further.

Re: Omega-58

Director,

Claiming that parts of the Bundschuh are compromised is a serious accusation. If you have evidence to back this claim up, please forward it to the Order immediately.

The reconnection of Omega-58 to the Sirian jump hole network is of immense concern. However, the majority of Section 8's assets are currently tied up in other ongoing operations. We therefore lack the resources to meaningfully assist in the matter, though, should circumstances require it, nearby assets can be redirected to provide emergency assistance. Otherwise, we will leave it in Overwatch's capable hands. In the mean time, Section 8 will closely follow the developments surrounding Omega-58.

In service to humanity,
Odysseus

Hail Direktor,

First of all allow me to extend our congratulations on the destruction of Valhalla Shipyard, the cost paid was no doubt significant, but no doubt less than it would have been had it been left alone. To be blunt, it is rare and refreshing to see another group book some success against the Nomads and their thralls.

Regarding the Bundschuh I must agree with Odysseus, any evidence would be highly valued.

Now on to the meat of the matter.

Our patrols have picked up a massive increase of the aliens' numbers as of late and, as loathe as I am to admit it, recently failed in fighting back a massive wave. The aliens appeared to be transporting...something. I have no doubt the two are related. Whatever the infected filth are doing, they need resources, and a lot of it.
The scans you have provided paint a gravely concerning picture and I agree it requires immediate addressing.

The Overwatch will dispatch what operatives we can spare immediately, however we are spread thin. There are currently several other Nomad incursions going on besides the one in Omega-58 and the one in the Omicrons. Direct confrontration, especially on such wide a scale, puts a significant strain on our available numbers.

We have no objection to staying clear of Thuringia without prior notification, assuming on the field clearance will be considered adequate. Broadcasting for permission while dodging gunfire is not exactly a tactic that is tantamount to survival.

Can we assume all military and intelligence personnel will fly with clear IFF being broadcast? It is paramount we will be able to distinguish friend from foe, there will be a -lot- of pretenders in the system.

Lastly I feel it only right we warn you all on the seriousness of this threat.

Several years ago the Order launched an operation in a system codenamed Drake, a system located fairly center in House space, full of infected. The infected in the system had been charging up an alien jump gate, presumably to connect a direct supply line to the systems we have quarantined in the Omicrons. We didn't particularly like that idea. The assault was a success and the gate was destroyed, however the devastation was so great it took down the entire system with it.

We are talking about cataclysmic damage that could very well affect nearby systems as well.

A lot is at stake here, let's make sure we don't disappoint Humanity.

Admiral Solandros,
Signing out.

Evening:

It's good to see we are more or less on the same page regarding this. I would advise keeping the discussion regarding the resurgence of Omega-58 to a minimum. The more eyes and ears that are drawn to its existence will result in more problems to deal with.

"Civil Servant" as he's referred to in the Platform has been seen repeatedly cooperating with the group known as "Auxesia" & the Sentinel known as "Harbinger". I dismissed this as a concern since I didn't completely see the harm in the Auxesians themselves. That was until I began to consult Section 8 and a few others regarding the history of the group & their previous intentions. Based on this, and my own interactions with them - I drew my own conclusions.

The Bundschuh and MND have historically been at each other's throats since the Nomad War's conclusion. The Bundschuh believe the corporate infrastructure of Rheinland ought to be undone, and secrets that protect the interests & well-being of Rheinland be brought to light. I don't think I need to explain to the Order of all people that secrets can do some exceptionally grave damage to the security of any group's interests - whatever they might be.

Sometimes the best way to keep real secrets is to give those who seek them the answers they want to hear - and nothing else. People are very easily lead down paths they make themselves.

That's exactly what I did, to ensure the security of our attempt to destroy Valhalla shipyard. The Bundschuh & Auxesians were redirected toward threats both Rheinland & those groups could mutually agree on.

After the conclusion of our efforts to destroy Valhalla Shipyard however, I was met with several invoices from both parties. Citing that the only way to oppose the nomads was "their way" and nothing else. Since then, both Revenant & Civil Servant have both been seen with Harbinger in the very place I made it clear for them both to avoid.

Section 8 has a plethora of evidence pointing to a conclusion I believe you both share. I'll leave you to make your own conclusions with this.

I'll deal with the Bundschuh, I don't believe all of them are as deluded as Civil Servant - but he's the head of the snake.

As evidence turns up, I'll continue to keep you informed.

Evening:

I think I can speak for Admiral Henze when I say that I appreciate the assistance provided by the Order during today's "interception", the bulk of the Alien convoy bound for Omega-58 was destroyed. MND forces are withdrawing from Omicron Theta to safeguard Thuringia.

During this interception our forces noticed an anomaly among the Wild forces, it's known to all in the theatre of combating aliens that they're capable of fusing our technology with their own. It appears they've figured out how to do just that with the 09-ARKM-N9 series, more commonly known as the Valkyrie.

Initial scans and an after-action report indicate it has advanced shielding technology, manuverability, and firepower. A single one of these was enough to attract the attention of our entire squadron. Exercise caution if approached by one of these vessels. The dead giveaway for this is the encoded series name, seen as: 9̵͙̚0̶̡͘-̵͓̕Ā̸̮R̴̠͝K̷̇M-N9.

If we can capture one intact, we may be able to decipher how improvements were made.

That's all.

Hail Direktor,

It is troubling news they have started with Rheinland technology now as well, I must confess this isn't the first time we've witnessed the aliens 'augmenting' Human technology with their own. Attached you will find several scans made of the LNS-Tundra, an Archer class liberty Siege Cruiser that was subject to a much similar treatment to the Rheinland Valkyrie your operatives saw. It has proven quite tenacious, surviving multiple encounters where we were confident it was destroyed.

We will keep our eyes open for possible opportunities to capture one of these vessels, but I must stress that the Nomads are clearly expanding their arsenal.
Not to mention capeable of far, far worse. If any other class Rheinland vessels, especially capital vessels, go missing around an area you realistically can expect the Nomads or their infected cohorts to be present, please let us know.

Admiral Solandros,
Signing out.
