Situation


After long weeks of surveillance and intelligence gathering by undercover agents, the Zoner Militants under the Pennsylvania Liberation Front's flag orchestrate a bold assault on the prestigious Detroit Munitions headquarters. The station holds in its warehouse an enormous quantity of state-of-the-art light and medium arms, which the resistance is keen on acquiring by forceful means. Exploiting a gap in patrol routes, the battle group managed to sneak close enough for a surprise attack.

COUNTERPOINT, the Front's supreme command group, dispatched several Q-ships, gunboats and an assortment of fast movers to complete the mission. There are two attack groups: BEAR, comprising of a heavy assault group led by cruisers, will breach the warehouse's wall and force cargo ejection. The other group, WOLVERINE, is an interceptor group tasked with keeping Liberty's reinforcements from reaching Detroit Munitions. Another logistics squadron, BEAVER, consists of Whale transports equipped with powerful tractor beams. They're behind the assault force and in a safe distance.

Detroit Munitions Headquarters sounded the alarm after detecting several unknown large ships approaching from a unexpected vector. The Navy responded by sending flight wings led by cruisers towards the station's perimeter in case of an attack.

BEAR begins 10k South of Detroit Munitions.
Navy's Perimeter Control begins 10k North of Detroit Munitions.

WOLVERINE begins inside the Detroit Debris field, near the lanes.
Navy's Defense Squadron begins outside planet Manhattan.


Execution


There will be two concurrent clashes. One at Detroit Munitions, another at the lane between Manhattan and Detroit Munitions.

In Area of Operations 1 (HQ), A team must destroy the opposing team completely. The victorious team must then stand their ground and wait for the conclusion of the other clash.

In Area of Operations 2 (Lane), A team must destroy the opposing team completely. The victorious team must then join their side at Detroit Munitions Headquarters, and help destroy the remaining enemies.

Teams assigned to Area of Operations 1 are not allowed to break from their AO to help the team at the other AO.

The event ends after a side is completely destroyed.


Rules and Regulations

  • Obey the directives and objectives in EXECUTION.
  • No Cloaking.
  • No Restocking, includes using docking modules.
  • No team stacking. Help everyone have a fair and fun event by accounting for individual player skill, if possible.
  • Don't stall the event.
  • Standard PVP rules apply - No respawns.
  • All loadouts are available.

Consequences


Outcome 1: Militant Victory
The militants acquire a significant quantity of weapons, allowing them to increase the resistance efforts in Erie.

Outcome 2: Navy Victory
The militants are dealt a serious blow and will have their efforts in Erie jeopardized.

you're mistaken. There are no battlecruiser slots for this event, but you might come with a cruiser or smaller if you want.
