[Models] Chartes Space Colony docking issue on light fighter - Catto - 06-19-2024

Bug: Light Fighter gets stuck docking with Chartres Space Colony
Reproduction Steps:
- Slow dock station near dish component on a Surveyor with a <45 degree angled downward vector toward it
- Stay in cutscene
- Get pushed by a higher mass ship
Additional Information: Prior to video, the Surveyor Light Miner is stuck in the indent in the cap part (the dish). Attempted to push them in on the Peregrine, which moved them on top of the component instead. Tried pushing them around to see what happens:
Fixed by relogging, but this station seems to have common problems with docking to it, so I wanted to show another one.
