I'm Jörg Frei member of the Hessen Rote Front. I'll get straight to the point, our primary objective right now is to counter-attack the Corsair lines in Omega-41 and draw them out of Dresden. We have the firepower but not the optimal maneuverability for the system wide asteroid field, our flotilla needs a more suitable composition.

I decided to move towards Aralsk to asses the availability of your great shipyards for the urgent construction of two XKR-EV-THREE "Hurricane" Mark-II Battlecruisers. I had a brief encounter with the Commander of the Sevastopol who directed me to send this official communication to you regarding our requisition.

The Front is prepared to ship all the necessary components in bulk and whatever else required together with personnel from Wolsburg to assure compatibility with our own equipment.

This modification is irreversible as the overhaul is complete.

Comrade Frei,

Our apologies for the delay. We had to conduct a series of formalities related to the transferred Hel-class warship, and as they are now done my schedule allows me to continue. The list of required resources is Hull Panels, Engine Components, Energy Field Equipment, Ablative Armor Plating, Optronics, Superconductors, Gold and Iridium.

Seeing as the list is quite large, I assume it might be beneficial to involve the Mollys as logistics support and seller of several of those resources. I leave this to you, however expect a communication soon regarding the concerning matters such as potential strengthening of Rheinland-Bretonia cooperation which is harmful to our common cause of overthrowing those tyrannic governments in order to establish our own, just and fair ones.
