Greetings, esteemed gentlemen of the high command. My name is Iwakura Reiko, Chief Executive and Technical Officer of Iwakura Armaments, an advanced weapons manufacturing firm whose products have recently started to make their way into the Bretonian market. We count among our ranks many a great mind from Bretonia and especially Cambridge who have been crucial during our founding by providing us with the know-how and equipment to embark on deep space exploration expeditions in search of rare resources. The shining jewel of said equipment is a converted Oasis liner we have purchased off of the now defunct Selwyn Exospace.

As our business has continued to grow in the past months the vessel we have acquired from Selwyn has struggled dealing with the increasing frequency of expeditions required of it. To alleviate this issue we turned to our expedition team who has recommended that I, in turn, seek to commission a "Palace"-class Cruise Liner to be converted into a deep space expedition vessel in Planet Cambridge.

We inquire then, if at all possible, what the terms would be for the commissioning of such a vessel, noting that we are ready to assist in any way possible and can mobilize a sizeable budget for the endeavor. We are also, as always, ready to answer any questions.
