Good day,
I am currently running the majority of operations at Akutan Productions, part of Bristol Constructions. I've talked with one of the procurement specialists from Bristol Bay and they recommended you as a supplier for Iridium. Apparently Bristol recently delivered some cargo to the Omicrons which I personally found very surprising and I'd rather not charter one of their ships to do that ad leave it to the experts.
A few of our projects need iridium majorly for superconductor connections. As such we'd actually not ask you to prepare it in any way besides clearing out the impurities. Please do let me know if you can supply this cargo to Bering. We're currently estimating best case a need of 8,000 units for the imminent future and would rather order to worst case toward the 12,000 unit mark. If anything in between works best for your shipping sizes, please do quote us that amount and I will check with productions.

Should this deem to be an acceptable offer, I will make preparations immediately. Perhaps, if this goes smoothly, we can look to other opportunities for mutual cooperation.

I'm glad to hear from you and we do find the price acceptable. Our Iridium storage is currently entirely empty so taking in any stock will be quick. I do have to mention that this cargo is not destined for Bristol Bay but rather Akutan Production Facility. The relatively new installation is one whole lane closer to the Rheinland gate to Hamburg. I would not assume this to make much of a difference in terms of pricing and would like to go forward with the purchase.
The station is ready to receive cargo and payment is given on receiving the iridium. Please do let me know to which account to wire the delivery and escort fee.
Bristol Bay has assigned a gunboat patrol to the remaining lane in case there is any trouble nearby, we can respond.
